Delta’s talented leadership team consists of diverse individuals with operations, customer service, financial aid and sales experience, providing Delta with a unique perspective of your needs.

David Riordan, Esq. | President

Mr. Riordan draws on more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the collection industry. Mr. Riordan has served in progressively responsible leadership positions during his tenure with Delta.   He has led Delta’s compliance and litigation efforts for more than 15 years. He is responsible for Delta’s compliance processes, including licensing and collection associate registration, review of collection associate audits, company audit coordination and legal forwarding coordination. Mr. Riordan also manages outside counsel and the non-retained legal counsel employed on a case-by-case basis. Mr. Riordan is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Collectors Association.

Keith Venezia | Executive Vice President

Mr. Venezia has more than 30 years of experience in the collection industry. Mr. Venezia focus is on management consulting that specialize in business strategy, program management, organizational transformation, and operational improvement. Mr. Venezia focuses his efforts on quality and efficiency. He specializes in higher education and government receivables. 

Scott J. Sweeney | Senior Vice President

Mr. Sweeney has over 35 years of collection industry experience with a strong focus on operations and compliance. He is well versed at building and leading top performing teams, managing day-to-day operations, improving client retention, and driving revenues and growth for third-party collections and full service accounts receivable firms. Mr. Sweeney oversees the daily functions of the company's operations with a focus on expanding revenues through strategic initiatives. He also cultivates and maintains relationships with clients to foster long-term growth. Mr. Sweeney ensures client and departmental goals are achieved while stressing the importance of compliance and quality. 

Cory Allen | Executive Vice President, Operations

With over 20 years of collection industry experience, Cory Allen is a seasoned leader known for driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and delivering sustainable growth. Throughout his career, Cory has played a pivotal role in aligning day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and high performance across all portfolios. He began his journey in an entry-level position, quickly rising through the ranks due to his reputation for operational discipline, cross-functional leadership, and a results oriented mindset. As Director of Operations, Cory has led large teams, implemented enterprise-wide systems, and overseen multiple departments – all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement. When not immersed in operations strategy, Cory enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
