Headquartered in Chelsea, Massachusetts, Delta provides collection services from four centers of excellence staffed by more than 300 collection professionals. Delta’s centers of excellence are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
